PAYMENT POLICY:

You agree that by completing this booking process you are entering into a binding contract with Lakeshore Rentals.

You acknowledge, understand, and agree that as soon as you give the Lakeshore Rentals agent your credit card information, we are authorized to charge that credit card for the initial deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rent. We are also authorized to charge the remaining balance of the total bill to the credit card on file 30 days prior to your arrival date, which may be at time of booking if within 30 days of arrival. You agree that any changes you make to your reservation, of any type, will incur a non refundable $30 change fee.

Please indicate on the booking form if you intend paying by check, (in US funds), which we must receive within 5 business days, payable to Lakeshore Rentals and mailed to PO Box 4606, Whitefish, MT 59937. If you do not have a US funds checking account, then we can charge your credit card. The 3.0% processing fee will deducted from your total if you send a check.

Regardless of payment method, a credit card number is required as Damage Security for ALL reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Your credit card will be charged for any unpaid balances, property damage during your stay, cleaning cost in excess of the amount budgeted, or long distance phone calls on the property phone, (at the rate of 50˘ per minute).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend that concerned renters purchase their own trip cancellation insurance.

Total balance is non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

There are no refunds for early departure.

All cancellations must be received in writing, (e-mail is sufficient).  

GENERAL TERMS:

Check In is no earlier than 4p.m. Check Out is no later than 10a.m. Unless prior arrangements have been made with us, we will charge you $40 for every partial hour you stay in the property after 10am.

No early check-ins are permitted without prior approval. You may purchase an early check for an additional $50 if the schedule permits, (check-in as early as 2pm). This must be purchased at time of reservation.
Check-Out time is 10 am – no late check-outs are permitted. Should a guest be found at the property past 10:00 am, guest agrees to be charged $50 for every partial hour that the house is occupied after 10 am. Our cleaning staff are on a very tight schedule and we want to make sure that every house gets the proper cleaning attention for our future guests. You may purchase an early check-out, (no later than 12 noon), for an additional $75 if the schedule permits. This must be purchased at time of reservation. Guest agrees to be charged $50 for every partial hour that the house is occupied after 12 noon, if the late check-out option is purchased.

There will be a $15.00 charge for each house key and $80 for each garage door opener, or pool key, not returned to Lakeshore Rentals office.

Neither the property owner, nor Lakeshore Rentals is responsible for any property damage whatsoever, intentionally or accidentally, by the Tenant(s) or their guests to the rental property or any bodily injury suffered while on the property by the Tenant(s) or their guests.

The premises shall not be occupied by any person other than those named as tenant or additional occupants in this rental agreement, with out the prior consent of the manager.

The premises shall not be used for anything other than a residence.

Lakeshore Rentals reserves the right to find alternative accommodations for the tenant in the case of emergencies.

Lakeshore Rentals reserves the right to enter the premises for the purpose of inspection, repair, alterations, or to display the property to prospective renters or buyers.

No smoking inside of premises.
